Juan José Cartagena was Mayor of Ponce, Puerto Rico from 1876 to 1879 and again in 1881.[1] He is best remembered because construction of Hospital Tricoche occurred under his administration.[2]
There is a street in Urbanizacion Las Delicias of Barrio Magueyes in Ponce named after him.
